Throughout her career, she has advocated for flexible work options to help professionals stay engaged and purposeful in their careers, and as a career coach & adviser helps job seekers develop the skill sets they need to convey their value and pursue meaningful roles. Leanne has an MS in Training & Development from Lesley University, a BA from the University of Vermont, and is a board-certified professional and career coach (BCC).
