a. Bill to follow up on obtaining permission from the tool company property owner to release their letter to the group.

b. RCL members to review the Climate Leader Communities program information sent to them and let us know if they would like to serve on the residents' group.

c. Tom to update the Rockport Civic League website with the latest election results and percentages.

d. RCL to share the relevant By-Laws regarding parades and public gatherings with the group for future reference.

e. RCL to follow up with the Select Board on releasing executive session minutes that are no longer required to be private.

f. RCL to consider conducting a survey of members to determine what additional activities or focus areas they would like to see from the organization.

2. Discuss whether the Next Steps notes are adequate to inform members who did not attend a meeting.

3. Ideas to discuss about RCL survey.

For example: ideas to increase RCL membership.

4. Pros and Cons of Development of commercial businesses in Rockport. How does RCL help? Should our zoning bylaws restrict the conversion of businesses to residential in some areas of town?

5. Discuss Schools in Rockport. What support do they need. Are they sustainable long term? What is status of the teaching and support staff contract? Is this good for Public to know in light of the recent Gloucester strike. What are both sides of the issues. How can RCL help?

6. Select Board policies deliberated at their meetings so far.

We appreciate your support,

Bill, Zenas, Tom, Will, Ken
