Children will have the opportunity to read independently with Poppet and practice their reading skills and develop reading confidence. Each child will have 7 minutes of independent reading time and while they wait for their turn, they can spend time at the craft table doing an activity with their fellow readers!

Poppet is an Italian Greyhound, weighs 10 pounds, and has been a therapy dog with the Pets & People Foundation for 3 years. She loves to play and tunnel under blankets. Most importantly, she loves people of all ages, sizes, and abilities.
