Inspired by the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, the Rockport Public Library encourages children and teens to read, or listen to someone reading, for 50 minutes a week this summer. To help our young patrons achieve this goal we have created reading huddles! Come get a cold glass of lemonade and read on big fluffy blowup couches in the library's garden.

For those who are still new to reading, don't worry! Miss Mollie will be in the garden reading a story aloud and have a stack of picture and early reader books available to help motivate our youngest readers! It's always more fun to read  with friends so we hope to see you all there!
