Monarch Caterpillars in the Children's Room!

For the last month, the Children's Room has played host to a number of Monarch Caterpillars who have been munching on milkweed and going through the stages from caterpillar to butterfly.

Join Wildlife Biologist Adam Clark as he brings you into the world of the fascinating Monarch and teaches you all about these amazing butterflies. Weather permitting, Adam will be taking everyone outside into the Library Courtyard where he'll introduce everyone to other members of the wildlife world that are visiting (or maybe living in!) the Library Courtyard.

Maybe we'll get lucky and be able launch some newly "hatched" Monarchs into the sky for the start of their long migration south.
