Agenda RCL 11/16/23

1. Discuss how RCL may support OneRockport efforts to stop MBTA Train noise and pollution using the electric plug-in system.

Propose that the RCL works with OneRockport to support the idea of the Planning Board presenting an Article at the next Town Meeting in April 2024 that links the MBTA train mandatory use of the electric plug-in system to more multifamily housing plans.

If the article does not pass at Town Meeting, how do we get a Town Referendum about th linking idea in above paragraph on the next Town election ballot in May 2024?

2. Update RCL members starting the Housing Matters Forums. What is the problem? Do RCL members want the Housing Forums? Do any members have any questions?
