Holiday Makerspace

Sunday, December 16All DayBrenner RoomRockport Public Library17 School Street, Rockport, MA, 01966

As part of the Rockport Makers' Festival (Dec 15 and 16), the library will be transforming the Brenner Room into a makerspace for crafters of all ages. Type a holiday message on decorative paper to someone you care about. Help build a new mosaic. Using origami techniques, make a gift box. Or, write holiday poems to your friends and family. There's no limit to the activities planned.

Local resident Bob Whalen will also be on-hand from 1:30 - 2:30 pm to show everyone how to make a micro-chapbook. Don't know what that is? Well then, you better come to the makerspace to find out!

Each maker table will have a separate activity, suitable for all ages, until supplies run out. Join in the holiday maker fun!
