Do your kids (or you!) have costumes you've outgrown? Pass them on and find something new at this fun new event! Let's all make celebrating Halloween a little less spendy and more eco-friendly. Please bring clean items in good condition. Just dropping off or picking up costumes is fine. Leftovers will be donated.
