On Friday, November 21, the Shalin Liu be simulcasting Yo-Yo Ma’s sold-out performance of Bach’s Cello Suites live from Boston’s Symphony Hall in the Shalin Liu Performance Center, 37 Main St, Rockport, MA 01966.

This special event is FREE to attend, and we invite you to join friends and neighbors for an unforgettable evening celebrating music’s power to connect and inspire.

Leading up to the simulcast, Rockport Music will be bringing Boston cellist Francesca McNeeley to the library for a special presentation on Monday, November 17 at 12 PM offering a look into the enduring appeal of the Cello Suites along with an exploration of the instrument and what it means to be a classical musician.
