Registration for this course is required. Students must attend each class in order to complete the entire course (including homework)and to receive a babysitting ID and certificate of completion.

We are teaming up with 4-H to offer this multi-week virtual course that prepares youth ages 11 to 18 with what they need to know to be caring, trustworthy, responsible, and competent babysitters. 

 This course includes units on:

• Safety
• First Aid
• Child Development
• Nutrition
• Entertaining Children
• Business of Babysitting

This virtual course will meet over three Mondays: 9/20, 9/27, and 10/4. Each class is 1.5 hours long and approximately a half-hour of homework is expected for each class. Materials for the class will be available to registrants at the library during regular hours.
